Call for Workshops

Proposals are solicited for workshops to be held on June 2nd 2026 in conjunction with ACM AsiaCCS 2026. Each workshop provides a forum to address a specific topic at the forefront of cybersecurity research. It can be either one full day or half day in length. The proceedings of each workshop will be published separately in ACM digital library and available during the conference. The recommended page limit for submissions is left for the workshop organizers to decide, but the final version should be no more than 12 pages using the latest ACM Sigconf style conference template only.

Submissions of workshop proposals must reach the workshop co-chairs no later than 21st October 2025 (AoE).

Workshop Proposal Submission

Each workshop proposal should be submitted as a single pdf file to the following email id: asiaccs2026workshopchairs@gmail.com. The proposal should include the following information:

  • Workshop title
  • A draft “Call for Papers” articulating the scope and topics covered by the workshop
  • A summary and justification for the workshop
  • Proposed length (half or full day), format, and agenda
  • Expected number of submissions and acceptance rate (provide historical data for workshops organized previously)
  • Expected number of attendees (Provide historical data for workshops organized previously)
  • Names of program chair(s)
  • A one-paragraph biographical sketch for each organizer, describing relevant qualifications, including research and conference/workshop organizing experience.
  • Expect to publish workshop proceedings or not  

Proposal Evaluation Criteria

  • The workshop is within the scope of cybersecurity and concerns an emerging and important technical topic of high interest in the community.
  • Its novelty with respect to other forums.
  • Its likely impact on the target community, including likely high participation.
  • Research caliber of the program chair(s).

 

Important Dates

  • Workshop proposal submission due: 21st October 2025
  • Decision notification: 28th October 2025
  • CFP and website for each workshop due: 1st December 2025
  • Suggested deadlines (each workshop may adjust if needed):
    • Submission: 20th January 2026
    • Acceptance notification: 16th March 2026
    • Final version due: 1st April 2026
