Registration
The registration for ACM ASIACCS 2026 is now open. Every accepted paper (Conference / Poster) requires a conference-only registration and in-person presentation, and every accepted paper (Workshop) requires a full workshop registration and in-person presentation. No virtual presentations will be allowed. The early-bird registration deadline is 22 April 2026 AoE
Important notes:
- Each paper (Conference / Poster) must have one regular conference-only registration by April 7 2026 AoE (student rate will not be allowed in this case).
- Each paper (Workshop) must have one regular workshop-only registration by the same deadline (student rate will not be allowed in this case).
- If you are the only author to make registration for a paper, then you must choose the regular registration rate, no matter if you are a student or not.
- Registration will be closed by 31 May 2026 AoE. No walk-in registrations will be accepted.
- Above fees are exclusive of 18% GST.
Cancellation Policy for Registrations:
- Author registration for each paper cannot be cancelled.
Other registrations can be cancelled only before the early-bird date of April 22 2026 AoE with a service charge of 20%.
Important Visa-related Note for International Delegates
- Visa requirements: Please note that all foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa/eVisa from the Indian government. An e-Visa is the recommended mode of application if your country of origin falls in the list of eligible countries, and can be done completely online. Visa-related information is available at https://indianvisaonline.gov.
in/ . - When: We recommend you do so at the earliest after completing the registration with all the required documents. At the time of registration, please mention if you need invitation letter and we will send an invitation letter.
- Conference Visa: In particular, we strongly advise international delegates who intend applying for a Conference Visa, to register at the earliest. Early registration is important because for this visa category, a prior approval needs to be obtained from the Indian government – the approval has to be attached to your conference visa application. The conference organizers will submit registrant details, taken from the registration form, on a periodic basis in bulk to the authorities and request approval. But we reiterate that early registration is highly recommended since there can be considerable processing delays in some cases.
- Please note that it remains the sole responsibility of the attendee to apply for, complete, and secure the appropriate visa. Any approvals facilitated by the organizers do not guarantee the issuance of a visa; they are intended solely to support the Conference Visa application by enabling the required documentation.

All fees are shown in Indian National Rupees INR (₹) exclusive of India Goods and Services Tax (present rate 18%).

For full conference registrants includes access to all workshops and conference sessions. A single banquet ticket and a single Welcome Reception ticket are included in the registration fee.
