Registration

The registration for ACM ASIACCS 2026 is now open. Every accepted paper (Conference / Workshop / Poster) requires a full registration and in-person presentation. No virtual presentations will be allowed. The early-bird registration deadline is 22 April 2026 AoE

Important notes:

  • Each paper (Conference / Workshop / Poster) must have one regular registration by April 7 2026 AoE (student rate will not be allowed in this case).
  • If you are the only author to make registration for a paper, then you must choose the regular registration rate, no matter if you are a student or not.
  • Registration will be closed by 31 May 2026 AoE. No walk-in registrations will be accepted.
  • Above fees are inclusive of 18% GST.

Cancellation Policy for Registrations:

  • Author registration for each paper cannot be cancelled.

Other registrations can be cancelled only before the early-bird date of April 22 2026 AoE with a service charge of 20%.

 

Registration Fees for Indian Delegates

All fees are shown in Indian National Rupees INR (₹) exclusive of India Goods and Services Tax (present rate 18%).

1.1 Full Conference Registration (includes Workshops)

For full conference registrants includes access to all workshops and conference sessions. A single banquet ticket and a single Welcome Reception ticket are included in the registration fee.
